Tesla Model Y L employs the same electric model setup used by the Tesla Model Y LR AWD with a 194 kW AC permanent magnet synchronous reluctance motor on the rear axle and a 137 kW 3-phase 4-pole AC induction motor on the front axle. The system’s top speed is 201 km/h and the 0-100 km/h acceleration is 4.5 seconds. The car is powered by an 82 kWh NMC battery by LG Energy Solution with a net capacity of 79 kWh. It most likely comprises 96 battery cells. The unit ensures 751 km of driving range and a power consumption of 12.8 kWh/100 km, according to the CLTC standard for China. The vehicle supports 250 kW DC fast charging.
